Refund Policy

YerassylSystems subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, all charges are final and non-refundable once the billing period starts.

Trial-to-paid conversions, renewals, failed cancellation timing, partial-period usage, and non-use of services do not automatically qualify for refunds.

If you believe there is unauthorized use or billing error, contact yerassylsystems@outlook.com within 7 calendar days from the charge date. Supporting evidence may be required.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and subject to Paddle processing timelines, payment method limitations, banking delays, chargeback rules, and regional regulations.

YerassylSystems reserves the right to reject abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, or policy-violating refund requests and to suspend related accounts where risk signals are identified.

To avoid future charges, cancel the subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law.
