These Terms and Conditions govern access to the YerassylSystems platform and related software products. By registering an account, accessing product pages, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions are billed through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Access to software may be limited, suspended, or terminated when a subscription expires, is canceled, payment fails, fraud is suspected, or policy violations are detected.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous uptime, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YerassylSystems LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, cybersecurity incidents, third-party outages, API failures, or payment gateway issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by you to YerassylSystems for the affected subscription period during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You are solely responsible for account security, lawful use, and compliance with local regulations, tax obligations, export controls, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized access, abusive automation, reverse engineering, scraping, and attempts to bypass billing or access controls are prohibited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless YerassylSystems LLP and its representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the platform, your content, your legal violations, or your breach of these terms.

YerassylSystems may modify products, pricing, functionality, and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Force majeure: YerassylSystems is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet disruptions, infrastructure failures, governmental actions, sanctions, war, labor actions, epidemics, natural disasters, or third-party provider incidents.

Governing law and dispute venue shall apply according to mandatory applicable law. Any claim must be brought individually; class or representative actions are disclaimed where permitted.
